How to Make Smokeless Powder in Satisfactory

The first step in making Smokeless Powder in Satisfactory is unlocking its crafting recipe. To do so, access the MAM and find the unlocking requirements under Sulfur Research Chain – Smokeless Powder. Then, use 100x Black Powder and 50x Plastic to unlock the recipe. Note: Smokeless Powder has an AWESOME Sink value of 58 points. Next, use the Refinery to craft 1x Smokeless Powder using 2x Black Powder and 1x Heavy Oil Residue. Note that each unit of Black Powder is made at the Assembler using 1x Coal and 1x Sulfur. Additionally, interact with the Packager and use 2x Packaged Heavy Oil Residue or 3x Crude Oil (Alternate Recipe) to make 1x Heavy Oil Residue. Other ways to make Heavy Oil Residue include the following:

• Use 3x Crude Oil at the Refinery to craft 2x Plastic and 1x Heavy Oil Residue
• Use 3x Crude Oil at the Refinery to craft 2x Rubber and 2x Heavy Oil Residue
• Use 6x Crude Oil at the Refinery to craft 13x Polymer Resin and 2x Heavy Oil Residue (Alternate Recipe)
