When I was using their services, I had two issues, One with the server opened a ticket, they respond fast and quick, and solved it fast, The second issue I had was I thought I canceled the service before the due date, and didn't I made a ticket and they refunded me, Absolutely 10/10 Service 100% recommend. I WILL use them again when I'm able to thank you guys so very much!

Excellent customer service, all of my questions were answered or replied to within about 30 minutes too. I thought my server couldn't be fixed due to corruption, but they fixed it.

I had a good customer service experience. I wanted to change the modpack for my server and could not get it done. Thankfully, the company had a service just for this situation. I was able to buy a 1-time modpack service where they would change it for me. They will do this for the month. The price was good enough that I might just use the service again when I want to try out a new modpack. The customer service representative was nice, helpful, and fast! He was able to keep me informed about the changes as well as the things that I would help me out. He was so fast that I decided to write this review. I am very happy with thier service.
