I had a good customer service experience. I wanted to change the modpack for my server and could not get it done. Thankfully, the company had a service just for this situation. I was able to buy a 1-time modpack service where they would change it for me. They will do this for the month. The price was good enough that I might just use the service again when I want to try out a new modpack. The customer service representative was nice, helpful, and fast! He was able to keep me informed about the changes as well as the things that I would help me out. He was so fast that I decided to write this review. I am very happy with thier service.

Great and fast support that advises, helps, and when there's an issue, they truly solve it :) So far, I've had only positive experiences with this server, and I can warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly functional hosting with a good machine for a reasonable price. A huge benefit is their web interface for server management, which makes a lot of work with all the data much easier for everyone :)
