Romestead players must venture into the late-game Volcano biome for a chance to loot Research Paper from chests and containers. That also means it's ideal to defeat the Cyclops in the Desert biome and unlock additional crafting recipes by progressing through the mainline quest to properly prepare for this region. Thankfully, you only need one piece to complete the quest that unlocks the building that generates additional Research Papers if needed.
