Minecraft Geyser Guide: How to Make a Geyser, Geyser Types, & More
Publicado el por
Geysers are one of the most unique natural features Minecraft has to offer, but how to make them isn’t directly explained. So, today, we explore everything there is to know about geysers alongside how to make a geyser in Minecraft in our Minecraft geyser guide.
The Minecraft geyser is a natural formation found in sulfur caves biomes and sulfur springs. Sulfur caves can generate beneath any biome, excluding oceans and tall mountains, and contain yellow sulfur, red cinnabar, and pools of gas-emitting water that occasionally have geysers. Sulfur springs, on the other hand, are found across the surface of the overworld, usually consist of a single pool with a geyser, and indicate a sulfur caves biome is somewhere below.
To obtain the items necessary to make a geyser in Minecraft, a sulfur caves biome or sulfur spring must first be found. Nine sulfur blocks can be crafted into a single potent sulfur.
Regardless of the type, Minecraft geysers have four levels of eruption strength determined by the amount of water used in its construction. Below, four levels of geysers can be seen. Level one is a minimal-strength geyser, and level four is a maximum-strength geyser. The blocks surrounding the geyser have no effect on its functionality.
