How to Edit Buy and Sell Properties Settings on a Schedule 1 Server
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Games panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Under the Config Files tab, select Schedule 1 Server Config.
4. Optionally, enter Property
on the Search Filter.
5. From the Enable Property Protection dropdown, choose Enabled
.
Note | Property Protection enables property settings and prevents griefing other players' properties. Ray's Real Estate will be disabled while Property Protection is on. |
6. Edit the desired property settings. Properties refer to both Housing and Businesses combined.
Setting | Description |
Property Price Multiplier | Enter the multiplier number to raise or lower the price of properties based on the base value. |
Allow Property Buying | Enable or disable the ability to purchase housing and businesses. |
Property Sell Percent | Enter 0 - 100 as a refund percentage from original price or the property. |
Allow Property Selling | Enable or disable the ability to sell owned housing and businesses. |
Max Properties per Player | Enter the number of housing or businesses a player can own. |

7. Start the server.
8. To view properties, type /property
in the chat box for a list of commands.
